Manager, Proposals – Marketing

As the Manager, Proposals, you will provide leadership and support to the proposals team on a variety of business development assignments, ranging from highly strategic proposals to smaller proposals and qualification statements. This position leads the development and delivery of high‑quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials in support of strategic pursuits within an engineering consulting environment. The role is responsible for assigning work, managing schedules and workloads, coaching team members, and coordinating diverse contributors to deliver high‑quality submissions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Proposal Coordinators, including workload management, resourcing, and staffing forecasts.
