What You Will Be Doing
Lead a Proposal Development Team charged with managing new business competitive proposals under Aeronautics Strategy & Business Development. Oversee additional Aeronautics sites, directing staff, delivering training, establishing career‑development plans, and mentoring team members on increasingly complex proposals while maintaining secure proposal facilities.
Forecast workload, develop budget estimates, and balance internal and external resources to meet campaign demands, coordinating proposal‑management support across locations as needed.
Manage proposal managers to drive the creation, implementation, and ownership of the comprehensive Proposal Plan for each capture effort, aligning it tightly with the Win Strategy, Capture Plan, and overall Program Strategy, and identify and secure the required in‑house and ...
