Job Title: Proposal Development Expert/Consultant

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (MoPASS) is mandated to coordinate, design, and oversee social protection and poverty alleviation initiatives through its ancillary organizations and PMUs. With the support of GIZ, Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) proposes to provide structured technical assistance to MoPASS to strengthen its institutional, technical, and operational capacity for improved social protection service delivery. To translate the Ministry’s policy vision into actionable programs/projects, MoPASS needs Project Development Expert.
