Proposal Design Engineer

As the Proposal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the business development and engineering teams by preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for solar PV projects. You will play a vital role in shaping sustainable energy solutions by transforming client requirements into well-structured, technically sound, and cost-effective proposals. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed solar PV system designs and layouts using relevant design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD). Prepare and compile comprehensive technical proposal documents and costing. Analyse site data (irradiation, shading, and energy yield) and conduct feasibility studies. Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions. Assist with responding to RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
