The Proposal Coordinator supports the proposals team with tender preparation, cost compilation and documentation. This role requires strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams under supervision.
- Prepare tenders and costings ensuring accuracy in line with customer requirements and company strategy.
- Analyse client needs to identify the correct solutions and equipment, producing compliant and technically sound proposals.
- Develop cost build-ups and apply appropriate margins aligned with CRC Evans’ operational margin and revenue targets.
- Lead and participate in proposal review meetings, presenting bid strategies, pricing and technical clarifications.
