Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures excellent customer service, efficient facility operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of the onsite property management team while maintaining the property's value and ensuring client satisfaction.

Property Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, clean, and fully operational.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, building systems, and facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor repairs.

Financial Management

• Prepare and monitor the property's annual operating budget.
• Review monthly financial statements, operating expenses, and income reports.
