Job Description

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of an apartment community, including general administration, leasing and occupancy, maintenance, and management of all property associates. Responsible for maintaining physical assets and performance of the property to achieve the highest possible net operating income while ensuring quality and service levels. Monitors regulatory compliance and company policies, and ensures associates understand them. Establishes and coordinates a communication system between associates and Corporate Office. Completes performance evaluations and ensures high performance and professionalism of supervised associates. Responds to emergency situations and contacts appropriate Regional Managers or agencies as necessary. May perform functions of Assistant Property Manager depending on property.
