Responsibilities
- Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
- Every day differs, spending time out and about visiting properties.
- Carry out regular internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors while working as part of a team and developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience carrying out inventories.
- Self‑motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
- Understanding of fair wear and tear and ability to handle tenant disputes and returning deposits successfully.
- Excellent customer care.
