Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Property Captains to manage and oversee our residential properties in Goa. This is a
live-in role , where the Property Captain will reside at the assigned property and be responsible for its day-to-day operations, tenant experience, maintenance coordination, and overall upkeep.
Accommodation will be provided at the property. Candidates should be comfortable staying on-site and being available to handle operational requirements and tenant concerns as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the assigned property and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Stay at the property and act as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors.
Ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
