About the Role
We're looking for an organised, confident and proactive Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager ) to join a busy, modern Lettings team in Nottingham. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants, responsible for keeping the portfolio compliant, well‑maintained and delivering a smooth, high‑quality rental experience.
This role is solely within the lettings team - no block management, no commercial, no distractions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicating with tenants to resolve queries around maintenance, rent and anti‑social behaviour
Triaging maintenance issues and instructing contractors for timely, effective repairs
