A well-established property management firm with 50+ communities nationwide is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their Louisville area team to oversee a Luxury complex
Property: Class A, ~200 units, central to the Louisville area
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the apartment property management industry
• Comfortable using Multifamily software (ex., Real Page, MRI, Yardi, Knock, etc.)
• Experience managing teams
• $65,000-$80,000 base salary + performance bonus
• 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/FSA
• Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
