Robert Half is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused On-Site Resident Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained apartment community. This is a Part time contract role.
This serves as the primary point of contact for residents while ensuring the property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of service. Responsibilities include leasing vacant units, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance requests, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining positive tenant relationships. The Property Manager will partner closely with the corporate office and report directly to the Regional Property Manager to ensure the community remains well-maintained, compliant, and financially successful.
