Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of condominiums, ensuring efficient administrative and maintenance operations. Collaborate with the Board of Directors on enhancing property values while enforcing condominium rules respectfully. You'll also be tasked with coordinating tenant relations and conducting inspections for ongoing maintenance initiatives.
