Job Description

• A Property Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. They are responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all legal and financial obligations are met.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance
• Ability to manage budgets and financial records
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict
• Proficiency in property management software
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in property management (preferred)
• Prior experience in property management or real estate (preferred)
