We would love to hear from a self‑motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career.
You will need your own vehicle for this role. On‑site parking is available.
DAY TO DAY:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues
