About the role:

The Asset Management Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating, overseeing and ensuring the effective development and implementation of property management and maintenance strategies across AnglicareCQ's property portfolio. 

This position provides leadership and specialist advise across strategic property management, maintenance planning, compliance and contract management, ensuring properties are safe, secure and well-maintained and compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
