Property Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a property maintenance supervisor for our client. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management and organization of property maintenance tasks. Your duties include personnel guidance, meetings, customer cooperation, task coordination, and ensuring the quality of indoor and outdoor property maintenance work. The start date will be agreed upon once a suitable candidate is found during the autumn.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of property maintenance tasks.
