Job Description
A newly or recently qualified, property litigation Solicitor is required by an outstanding law firm that grew by 22% last year, to a turnover in excess of £40m, and is ranked in the top 120 UK Law firms.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months contentious property experience, ideally within housing management–related work , including residential landlord and tenant matters, and an interest in advising clients on the practical and legal issues arising from the management of housing.
The Property Litigation team, act for a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations, advising on contentious residential and mixed‑use property matters , with a particular focus on disputes arising from the occupation, use and management of housing.
