Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP.
Reports to the Property Manager and performs Property Lead functions in managing the Property Management System for the appointed contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Property Control Plan. Must maintain a professional and transparent relationship with internal or external auditing entities. Provides training, mentoring, and direction to subordinate employees for the effective and efficient management of government property. This is a lead position with relevant supervisory and administrative duties.

- Lead level management of the 10 Life Cycle Outcomes: Acquisition, Receiving, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reports, Relief of Stewardship and Liability, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout.
