Property Clearance Operative - Temp to Perm
Barker Ross are recruiting for Property Clearance Operatives for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Coalville. Immediate starts are available.
This is a physically demanding role involving the clearance of vacant properties, rubbish removal, fly-tipping clearance and garden clearances. We are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable with manual work and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
The Role
Duties will include:
Clearing void and vacant properties
Removing household waste, furniture and unwanted items
Fly-tipping removal
Garden and grounds clearances
Loading and unloading materials
Working across various locations as part of a team
Please note: This role involves regular rubbish removal and property clearances. Applicants must be comfortable carrying out physically demanding work and getting involved in all aspects of the clearance process....
