Property Appraiser & Field Inspector (Cebu)

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Appraiser to perform inspections, research, and prepare appraisal reports for inspected properties. You will support the Team Head in monitoring appraisal requests, training new appraisers, and ensuring compliance with credit operations procedures.

Fieldwork and property inspections are expected, with amenability to Cebu. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant appraisal experience and knowledge of real estate laws and standards.
