You will play a key role in producing healthy, uniform, and vigorous young plants - forming the foundation of our entire production cycle.
From cloning and germination to the long-term care of mother plants, you will ensure consistent quality, compliance, and growth. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cultivation outcomes while maintaining the highest industry standards.
