Job Description
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years experience in i-gaming promotions, campaign management, or bonus operations
- Strong understanding of sportsbook and casino promotional mechanics and bonus lifecycle
- Ability to evaluate promo ROI and model bonus cost scenarios
- Familiarity with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Experience with CRM platforms and promo engines preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaborator - able to work with Tech, Finance, Legal, and Brand
