Project Technologist

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Pinchin is seeking a Project Technologist to join our Hazardous Materials and Indoor Environmental Quality team in Timmins. The role reports to the Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments for mould, indoor air quality, designated substances and other hazardous materials
- Conduct interviews with clients regarding building history and site‑specific concerns
- Perform inspections and evaluate building systems
- Assess building damages related to floods, water losses, smoke and fire
- Assist clients following flood and loss emergencies to get buildings dried, cleaned or remediated and operational
