Job Summary

The Well Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of well operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of drilling, intervention, completion, and integrated service projects. Acting as the primary operational authority, this role ensures the effective mobilization of personnel, equipment, and services while driving operational excellence, risk management, and client satisfaction. The position serves as a key interface between Engineering, HSE, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Lines, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
