Job Description
Project store coordinator responsible for following:
1. managing project material storage according to OEM recommendation,
2. issuance to construction/commissioning teams,
3. handling and care during storage and
4. final handover to client
5. Handles all communications to the store via register mail system
6. Attend erection planning Meetings
7. plan issuance of material accordingly
8. Help coordinate information for reports
9. Coordinate special projects for the department
10. Collect requested information from other departments
11. Complete construction/ commisioning requests
12. Handle IMIR issues
13. Complete report
14. Coordinate all LOIs
15. ensure that all material is issued / returned back as per OEM requirement and project needs on daily basis
17. ensure OM recommendations are followed and frequent checks/inspections are in place
