Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer, called an onsite Project Specialist, to support multiple technical projects within a federal construction environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, project management, and financial oversight. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and finance, to ensure project success and compliance with federal regulations.
Project Support:
• Assist multiple technical projects with full budget/finance information (for each project)
• Participate in project meetings to document status, action items, risks, and next steps
• Work together with Finance, Project Manager and Contracting Officer to maintain project budget (track costs) and status dashboards
• Assist with monthly invoice reviews (pencil requisitions) to verify the construction work completed is in line with the Schedule of Values,...
