About the position

Project & Service Support Engineer provides back office engineering and operational support for service and project activities. This role supports planning and scheduling, warranty and ISO processes, documentation control, second level technical support, and occasional site activities for CMS/CMT, ensuring effective execution and compliance with internal standards.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Planning & Scheduling: Support planning and scheduling of service and project activities using FSM. Assist in coordinating end‑to‑end planning processes for Malaysia operations with proactive notification for customer on future/preventive service scheduling. Support planning activities related to new Installation Base (IB).
