Project Quality and Safety Manager – Trápaga, Bilbao

Lead quality and safety activities across the project lifecycle for Alstom’s high‑speed rail and related infrastructure projects. You will interface with client and internal teams, develop and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), and drive continuous improvement of quality and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface with the client’s Quality and Safety teams and with internal project, quality, and supplier teams.
• Develop, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the PQMP, ensuring its correct application during contract execution.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing DfQ gate reviews and monitoring corresponding action plans.
• Guide project teams on the contribution of Quality to the project and ensure awareness of the PQP and its deliverables.
