Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Review RFQs, tender documentation and customer specifications.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Develop costing models and pricing strategies.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate quotation inputs from Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.
  • Perform technical clarifications with customers.
  • Conduct commercial risk assessments.
  • Ensure proposals meet contractual and technical requirements.
  • Prepare bid documentation and tender submissions.


Project Management

  • Manage projects from award through to completion.
  • Develop project schedules and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation activities.
  • Monitor project milestones and budgets.
  • Manage project risks and mitigation plans.
