Establish sourcing decision reviews and track execution through successful program launch.Align sourcing strategies with program milestones, timelines, and business objectives.Monitor project progress, timelines, and elevate risks across cross‐functional teams.Own BOM cost management for new product launches and program transfers within SCS.Support supplier benchmarking initiatives, collaborating with global Johnson Electric sites.Lead and support cross‐functional program reviews (SCS, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Logistics).
Serve as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Services within cross‐functional teams (CFTs).
