SUMMARY
The Project Officer (PO) supports the effective implementation of programs and projects across the organization. This role involves coordinating with various internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and driving the achievement of overall program goals and objectives.
Reporting to the Program Director, the PO works collaboratively with other Catalyste+ team members to support the full program management cycle, including program implementation; Catalyste+ Advisor (CA) assignments; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL); and financial management. A key responsibility of the PO is to ensure all program activities and reports are delivered to a high standard, complying with organizational policies and making the most effective and efficient use of program resources.
