Project Manager/Design Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Design Manager interested in joining the delivery team of a major landmark leisure and tourism destination in Manchester?

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile UK project from construction through to completion. As the ideal candidate you will have a background in architecture, engineering or the built environment, with exceptional technical expertise and a strong understanding of MEP coordination.

You will be responsible for managing complex design interfaces, driving multidisciplinary coordination, resolving technical issues on site, and ensuring the successful integration of architectural, structural and building services packages.

Ideally you will hold significant site-based delivery experience, excellent management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors within a fast-paced project environment.
