Project Manager (VMWare to Redhat migration)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead our critical infrastructure modernization initiative. You will manage the end-to-end migration of virtualized workloads from legacy VMware (vSphere / vCenter) environments to Red Hat Open Shift/OpenStack. You will oversee cross-functional execution, minimize business disruption, and ensure seamless delivery, Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of virtualization migration waves from VMware to Red Hat environments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, runbooks, and migration schedules, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent downtime of critical business applications.
