What You'll Do
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution
- Handle Request for Quotation and project quotations
- Oversee customer accounts and ensure on-time delivery schedules are met
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage pre- and post-sales activities and key account management
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and strategies
- Maintain standard costing to support pricing accuracy and profitability
- Implement and update departmental procedures and work instructions
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively
