Project Manager — Supply & Operations
Mission:
Fersa is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our Supply & Operations team in Northwood, Ohio. This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating internal projects within the Supply & Operations department, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the right people involved at every step.
Projects under this role can range from warehouse relocations and infrastructure transitions, to onboarding new customers into our supply chain, implementing stock management programs, and driving operational improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will be expected to define responsibilities, align cross-functional stakeholders, follow up on deliverables, and provide hands-on support wherever needed to move projects forward.
