Job Description
This role is ideal for a hands-on, client-focused professional who excels at leading end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning to successful implementation and closure. You will manage implementations of ITSM, CRM, and COTS solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder satisfaction, and seamless collaboration with international clients.
