Project Manager

Job Description: Oversee entire project, including Mechanical, Electrical services and Architectural works Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members Prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to project team Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades Coordinate, instruct, and update individual services Plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors, and vendors to schedule and sequence of work Ensure deliverables are according to specification and drawing Ensure team update as-built drawing according to individual services Ensure team members understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the author...
