Job Description
Must have
- 5+ years of professional experience leading regional and/or local ERP implementation projects
- Strong background in digital transformation within the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, aligning business objectives, technology, and compliance
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Core, Geo, BU) and ensuring consistency between local processes and corporate standards
- Solid understanding of insurance business systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, data warehouse, regulatory reporting)
- Experience managing vendors, consultancies, and technology partners under Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive change management and refraining user training to ensure adoption and sustainability
