- Develop a cost‑effective plan and detailed work schedules for completion of the project following logical patterns for resource utilization.
- Be responsible for proper site administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensure good workmanship provided by contractors, check any reported non‑conformances and correct all non‑conformances.
