PACIV , a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major construction package for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for managing safety, cost, schedule, quality, and contractor performance while coordinating with design, construction, and equipment teams to ensure successful project execution and turnover.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Manage an assigned construction package, including scope, budget, schedule, contracts, and project risks.
Lead contractor execution from mobilization through mechanical completion and system turnover.
Coordinate with design, construction, and equipment teams to resolve RFIs, design changes, and field issues.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
