+ Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables
+ Assist with engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up
+ Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation
+ Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the team
+ Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures
