The Site Manager coordinates subcontractors, enforces quality and safety standards, manages site documentation, monitors progress and costs, and maintains clear communication with the Project Manager and project stakeholders. The position demands strong field leadership, sound judgment, accountability for safety and finances, and the ability to professionally represent the company while traveling and working extended schedules as project demands require.
