In this role, you'll be responsible for all project management aspects from initiation to close-out. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teams will be crucial in ensuring project success while adhering to budget and timing constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage overall project performance and budget reporting
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships for effective communication
• Conduct value engineering and coordinate safety plans
• Oversee procurement duties and subcontractor management
• Prepare progress and forecasting reports monthly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent experience
