Project Manager

Lead Item Processing consulting engagements for Banking, Cards & Payments clients from initiation through go-live. They build and execute project plans using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with critical-path analysis to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. They own client and stakeholder relationships, resolve complex queries, drive cross-functional teams, and document consulting solutions end-to-end. Lead and Sr Lead levels additionally forecast operational targets at the departmental level and provide strategic direction on complex multi‑workstream programs.
