Project Manager - Public ConstructionThis General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide overall management direction for multiple Massachusetts Public Projects.Responsibilities include:• Facilitating pre-construction meetings and site visits with the owner/client to discuss and define project requirements in order to establish project work plans and deadlines.• Leading, managing, and mentoring all those who directly report at the project level: Assistant Project Manager(s), Superintendent(s), Assistant Superintendent(s), Project Engineer(s), and Construction Administration staff.• Accountable for Project Change Orders; aspects include process, administration, and routing/approval as it relates to each project.• Managing client interface and subcontractor agreements for multiple projects.• Performing other duties as assigned including scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing.• Coordinating/managing between 2-4 projects at the same time depending on the size.Qualif...
