Project Manager (Pneumatic Tube)

Job Summary

We are seeking a specialized ACMV/MEP Project Engineer to spearhead the tendering, design coordination, and execution of Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS) for hospital development and upgrading projects. You will own the technical and financial preparation of tender documents during the bidding phase, and transition into site supervision, system routing, and testing & commissioning upon contract award.

Key Responsibilitie

1. Tender & Pre-Contract Phas

• Tender Estimation : Interpret hospital tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) relating to specialized hospital automation and PTS.
• Vendor Sourcing : Secure and evaluate competitive quotations from specialized PTS equipment manufacturers, piping suppliers, and sub-contractors.
