Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of directly related project management experience
- Experience managing projects within water treatment or semiconductor wafer fabrication environments (UPW/WWT experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of project execution processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously (both onsite and remotely)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming project challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiation
