Position Overview
The Project Manager serves as the project manager within the Project Implementation Team, partnering closely with—and supporting—the Project Engineer to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and with clear communication across all internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment, allowing the Project Engineer to remain focused on technical delivery and engineering deliverables.
The TPM acts as the operational backbone of the project—tracking progress, managing workflows, identifying risks, and ensuring project details are organized, communicated, and followed through.
