A strong opportunity for a Project Manager to step into a key delivery role with a growing commercial builder on the Gold Coast.
This is not a narrow single-project role. You will be joining a business with a developing SEQ pipeline and the chance to take ownership of a broader project portfolio across commercial, retail, industrial, refurbishment, fitout and live environment works.
The opportunity suits a Project Manager who wants more influence, more visibility and a clear pathway toward senior leadership as the Queensland business continues to grow.
You will work closely with senior management and have genuine input across planning, procurement, client relationships, delivery strategy and project outcomes. For the right person, this is a strong platform to progress into a Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager pathway over time.
